Junior Event Executive

Job Description
As a Junior Event Executive, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish. You will work closely with the event team, vendors, and clients to ensure every event runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. This role is ideal for someone who is hands on, detail oriented, and eager to grow in the events industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and executing events such as corporate events, brand activations, launches, and roadshows
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams before, during, and after events
• Support site visits, setup, teardown, and on ground event operations
• Prepare event materials such as schedules, checklists, and briefing documents
• Handle basic administrative tasks including quotations, invoices, and post event reports
• Troubleshoot and support the team during live events
• Ensure timelines and deliverables are met

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good time management and ability to multitask
• Willing to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays when required
• Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Comfortable with on ground work and fast paced environments
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Bonus Skills
• Prior experience in events, internships, or freelance crew work
• Ability to communicate with clients and vendors confidently
• Interest in events, branding, or marketing

Schedule:

  1. • Monday to Friday (10am – 6pm)
  2. • Saturday (Based on company needs)
