Return Policy
For Online Purchase via ‘Online Payment’ (Debit/ Credit Card, Online Banking):
Product(s) can be returned to our warehouse via parcel return or at the official boutique. Â
Return Policy
1 – Store Purchase: Return within 7 days from the date of purchase of the product(s).
2 – Online Purchase: Return within 7 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from the Bulan Bintang HQ website (www.bulanbintanghq.com) , or any registered reseller under Bulan Bintang HQ.
Example: If you received the product(s) on 1st May, please return the product(s) by shipping it to our warehouse by 7th May.Â
3 – Only defective item exchanges or size exchanges are accepted, subject to availability.Â
4 – We do not accept colour exchange.
5 – Defective item exchange and size exchange requests will only be processed if notified within seven (7) working days upon delivery.
6 – For size exchange requests, customers are responsible for both the re-delivery postage fee and the return pickup fee.
7 – For defective item exchange, the re-delivery postage fee and the return pickup fee are on us.
8 – Product(s) can be returned for exchange, provided the product(s) returned in new and original condition. It must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the tag/label still attached and in the original packaging.
9 – Product(s) sold at marked down prices due to defect(s) cannot be returned.
10 – Bulan Bintang Clothing Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject requests for returns and/or refunds where
(i) such requests are deemed habitual in our sole and absolute discretion; and/or
(ii) there is suspicion of purchase for the purposes of resale.
11 – Bulan Bintang Clothing Sdn Bhd reserves the right for final decision.
12 – Bulan Bintang Clothing Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
Return & Exchange (Official Boutique)
Please follow below steps to exchange your in-store purchase (Boutique):
(i) Visit any Official Bulan Bintang HQ official boutique.
(ii) Return within 7 days from the date of purchase of the product(s).
(iii) Bring along the original invoice/ purchase receipt and the product(s) in with original  product packaging, price tags and labels.
(iv) Queue at the cashier counter to request for a product exchange, depending on stock availability

STEP 1: Review Checklist
(i) Check if all conditions below are met for return purpose:
(ii) ​Order is within 7 days from the date of order received
(iii) ​Item is in original condition with price tag and label
(iv) Item is not damaged, washed or stained
​(v) Item has not been altered

 STEP 2: Fill in the Return Form
Please fill in the item information (item number, quantity, colour, size and return reason code) in the return form.
Remarks:
1) Return form can be found inside the original delivery parcel. If you have lost your return form, you may download the empty form here.
2) The return form should be packed into the return parcel inside with your return item.
3) Please include the invoice or #ORDER NOÂ into your return parcel when packing to ensure a smooth process.

STEP 3: Packing & ReturnÂ
(i) Place your returned item into a box or ziplock and include the return form inside the parcel.Â
(ii) You may choose any courier company (with tracking system) and return your parcel to our warehouse address below at your own cost.Â

Remarks:
1) Please note that courier charges for your return package will NOT be covered by Bulan Bintang HQ.
2) Please obtain a delivery receipt from the courier company of your choice or record your tracking number to trace your return package if it reaches our warehouse.
3) Bulan Bintang Hq will not be liable for any loss or damage of your return package and/or product (s) handled by the courier company of your choice.
4) Please note that in person returns to our warehouse are NOT accepted and PROHIBITED.Â

STEP 4: Return ConfirmationÂ
Once we receive your parcel, our team will process the return within 2-4 working days. You will receive the return confirmation through whatsapp after we have confirmed the received item. New tracking number will also be provided to you.

 STEP 5: Exchange StatusÂ
Sit back and relax, your new parcel is on its way to you.
Why has my return been rejected and sent back to me?
Our team will reject the customer return in conditions:
(i) Exceeded seven (7) days from date of product(s) received.
(ii) There is no/incomplete Return Form.
(iii) There is no original product(s) packaging, price tag or label.
(iv) There is no Invoice or #ORDER NO included in the return parcel.
(v) Product not in new and original condition (It looks used/ washed)

What is the return & exchange validity period?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date you received the order.
Example: If you received the parcel on May 1st, we can handle it until May 7th.Â
If your request is exceeded within the 7 days period given, Bulan Bintang Clothing Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject your requests for returns and exchange.Â

Do you accept return or exchange without the original receipt?
As per our Return & Exchange Policy, a Bulan Bintang HQ receipt/ invoice needs to be presented for all refunds and exchanges.
