- – Cultivate strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
- – Train and mentor boutique staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- – Conduct regular team meetings to align the team with the boutique’s goals and objectives.
- – Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met.
- – Oversee inventory levels, ensuring that stock is well-managed and adequately maintained.
- – Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with the supply chain team for replenishment.
- – Manage the receipt, storage, and organization of merchandise.
- – Ensure the boutique’s visual merchandising meets brand standards and enhances customer experience.
- – Implement seasonal and promotional displays in line with the brand’s guidelines.
- – Monitor and maintain the boutique’s overall appearance, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- – Manage the boutique’s budget, including sales, expenses, and profit margins
- – Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute in-store promotions and events.
Requirements:
- – Preferred background in luxury fashion, hospitality, beauty, or niche fragrances.
- – A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a retail store team.
- – Proficiency in both Malay and English is required.
- – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- – Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- – Strong team player with the capability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
