Fashion Designer (Intern)

Overview

We are seeking a highly creative individual to join our fashion design team as a Fashion Designer (Intern). This role requires a candidate who is passionate in fashion.

Responsibilities

1. – Research trends and fashions and anticipate designs that will appeal to consumers
2. – Prepare mood board proposal, outfits design, colorway, detailing, and fabrication
3. – Oversee the final production of their designs
4. – Make patterns and arrange the showroom
5. – Participating in events like photo shoots and fashion shows
6. – Manage the company’s closet, where all a company’s samples and attire are kept
7. – Develop and design graphics and layouts for all marketing campaigns and promotional materials
8. – Assist superior and take up adhoc tasks assigned by management from time to time

Qualification:

1. – A Degree in Fashion Design, Creative Design, or equivalent is welcome to apply
2. – Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator)
3. – Strong artistic and conceptual skills with an ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
4. – Excellent understanding of fashion trends, colour theory, and design principles.
5. – Strong attention to detail and the ability to work  in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
6. – Effective communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
