Finance (Internship)

Overview:

We are currently looking for motivated and highly driven Finance Intern to join our team in Bulan Bintang Clothing Sdn Bhd. During the internship period, you will gain challenging yet rewarding industrial experience in a dynamic national corporation. Moreover, you will learn from a highly energetic team your peers, along with the managers and senior leaders who will help you develop your skills along with competencies.

Job Description:

1. • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
2. • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances –
3. • Maintaining historical records
4. • Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing paycheques
5. • Scheduling paycheques and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all sub distribution inquiries regarding finance
6. • Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
7. • Continuing to improve the payment process
8. • Any other duties as required by management

Requirements:

1. • Basic accounting knowledge.
2. • Good attention to detail.
3. • Competency in MS Office (especially Excel).
4. • Self-motivated and a team player.
5. • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
6. • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
7. • Second or third year in Accounting/Finance majors (or equivalent).

1. • Monday to Friday (10am – 6pm)
2. • Saturday (Based on company needs)
