Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Live Host to join the Bulan Bintang team! In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience creating engaging content and hosting live sessions for one of Malaysia’s leading fashion brands. You’ll work closely with a fun, energetic team and learn directly from our managers and creative leads — helping you grow your skills and confidence in the world of digital media and fashion retail.

Job Description:

1. • Host engaging and energetic live streams that align with Bulan Bintang’s brand identity and creative direction.
2. • Create live content that resonates with TikTok’s diverse audience while staying updated with current live trends and formats.
3. • Collaborate with the team to run live sessions that showcase Bulan Bintang’s products, style, promotions, and in-store experiences.
4. • Experiment with new live-selling techniques, hooks, and engagement strategies to keep every session fresh and exciting.
5. • Maintain a strong live presence with consistent hosting, interacting actively with viewers, and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
6. • Stay updated on the latest trends in TikTok Live and live commerce, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements:

1. • • Proven experience or success hosting TikTok Live or similar live platforms with strong audience engagement.
   • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage live schedules, multitask, and adapt quickly during live sessions.
   • Energetic, confident, and passionate about interacting with audiences in real-time.
   • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
   • Passionate about delivering memorable and impactful live experiences for customers.
   • Excited to be part of a close-knit team that’s redefining the retail and live-commerce experience.
   • Presentable, camera-friendly, and naturally charismatic on live sessions.
   • Age between 20–26 years old, with a lively and youthful personality that connects well with our target audience.Proven success growing an engaged audience on TikTok.
