Responsibilities:

– Plan and implement warehouse layout and storage strategies to maximize space utilization.
– Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
– Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
– Implement and maintain quality control procedures to prevent product damage and loss.
– Manage warehouse personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
– Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management.
– Demonstrate professionalism in dealing with external parties.
– Must be trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of integrity and commitment.
– Strong organisational and planning skills.
– Excellent leadership and team management skills.
– Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
– Strong analytical, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
– Possession of a GDL or forklift license is an added advantage.
