Only defective item exchanges or size exchanges are accepted.
Defective item exchange and size exchange requests will only be processed if notified within seven (7) working days upon delivery.
For size exchange requests, customers are responsible for both the re-delivery postage fee and the return pickup fee.
For defective item exchange, the re-delivery postage fee and the return pickup fee are on us.
Please make sure that the item is in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with the original tags attached, and undamaged original packaging.
